All our products come securely packaged by us here in St Neots. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding cancellation, returns or any other problems.

TO THE UK
Unless otherwise stated, we ship all products to UK mainland addresses with a courier service which will require a signature on delivery.

OTHER DESTINATIONS
If you would like us to ship to a destination not listed above, please contact us first.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship orders within 4/5 working days of receipt.
Unless otherwise stated all deliveries are made by a courier on a next day delivery service for UK addresses.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please make the goods as damaged on the couriers delivery note and contact enquiries@dufaylite.com.

We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition and signed for in bad condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
